Alcohol withdraw from 1x 5% ABV beer a night?
For about 2 weeks now I have been drinking 1 beer a night to calm my nerves, they are 12fl oz 5% ABV. Can I get some sort of bad withdraw effects if I stop now? My anxiety is freaking me out and I am not sure if I am having withdraw or just being a hypochondriac... Is 1 beer a night really enough to cause withdraw?

i do not believe so!any other drug use or prescription drug use w/it?such as benzos or opiates?
