Ive been going through the same thing for a few months now. I have panic attacks when im out because i constantly feel dizzy and think i am going to fall down. I am going to see a nuerologist next week.  I had a cat scan done. Nothing showed up. I tried taking meclizine but it made me feel worse. Im schedualing a appointment with a neurologist next week. One dr gave me a perscription for xanax which i didnt think would help but it helped the panic attacks. I still felt dizzy though.

I actually posted this here by accident but yes it started a few months ago after going out a few nights with my friends and was drinking.

If this is just a one time incident,I wouldn't worry.But if this is a result of many drinking episodes over the years you need to be totally honest with the neurologist.
