Well sounds like withdrawal.  I get it every time, even if I don't have more severe symptoms.  Usually lasts from 12-24 hours after the last drink.

I advice you to have your heart checked for irregular heart beating (arithmia). While this CAN possibly be because of the alcohol solemnly it might also be something more (which ususally can be controlled to a point at least by medication). Irregular heart beating is quite common but it's a reason to have it checked.

Yeah, it can happen.  I don't know what your overall drinking history is like but this began to happen to me a few years ago.  Alcohol effects your blood pressure, plus your body is bouncing back from the depressive traits of alcohol.  If you're not addicted and it's just been a bad week, then it should pass.

If you drink to excess on a fairly regular basis then it could be some form of withdrawal.  Don't drink caffeine while you're going through this.

hi. sounds like withdrawal to me. sudden cessation of chronic alcohol consumption will cause the nervous system to go into a state of hyperactivity resulting in elevated pulse, blood pressure, anxiety, insomnia, and in some individuals seizures and cardiac arrest. there is a high probability that your body has become dependent on alcohol if you experience these symptoms in its absence, and they will likely increase in severity and duration as long as you continue to drink. good luck,  gm
