Hi girls...Sorry I haven't posted lately, unfortunately still playing the waiting game. Waiting for what I'm not sure anymore...Gangrene? A trip to the hospital? Oy Vey as Rosanne Rosanna Dana used to say "It just goes to show you it's always something". Latest blow to my situation is that the State has denied me my food stamps because they say I make to much...Hee hee hee LMAO what a joke! Now I have to fight that as well> Got to let them know I'm paying the STATE $400.00 a mnth to be monitored! Their idea not mine. I will tell them what the state giveth the state taketh away. We are trading the $160 a month for food they alot me for the 400 they make me pay them. They are still ahead of the game. I guarantee you that they don't even know what court ordered monitoring means. I put that down as a utility expense. IT IS!!!They want it...Let them share in the cost it's only fair. I'm sure this will be the 1st time they've heard this expense. See here I go the 1st again. I'm getting good at it. Called my atty again yesterday and begged them to pls bug the big man on the bench or whatever it takes to get this solved. I would like to wake up in the morning without being in pain the minute my feet hit the floor. Am e-mailing photos to atty's office so they can see how bad this is and to take them to the judge if need be. I know I am not his only client and am a stale one now at that..but they defended me and allowed this to occur so in my opinion they owe it to me to and he owes it to himself as an attorney to seek justice in this matter. Got to go to see PO today as usual, and unfortunately also have to go pay the $84 buckeroos to the other place. Dam that just burns my TUSH!!!!! Atty's sec. told me she would call me by 11 today so maybe I'll know something later in the day. Pray pray pray! I tell you guys what this whole saga could lead anyone to drink! Thank God I am strong over all this. I give myself a lot of credit!!!!! Off today and tomorrow. Painted our spare bedroom yesterday(I am a terrible painter). Tom and I have decided to take in as a boarder my girlfriend at work to help us defer some of our expenses and to help us hold onto this house. We are sort of in foreclosure but hoping now that we are both wking that we can re-negotiate the mtg. God help us we don't need to loose the house on top off all of this going on.I get along well with this girl and so does Tom. She's 29 and has a 7 yr. daughter so she is responsible. Would not do this with just anyone and it's only till around Feb. Her daughter lives with the Dad so she wont be here but she will visit and is a real sweety. Got to do what you got to do right! tjjack-oh those poor ppl in those fires..my heart goes out 2 them!BBKing at nite and AA in the morning.....can't top that other than a years worth of coupon from Starbucks for shaken iced teas!u mite want to check out lilyputs post and respond...i have many times in past and i'm told i'm mean and unsupportive.Bandida-hope to hear some better things from u soon!

How was your weekend, Ibi and Bandida?  Hope your Mom was doing okay Ibi.
I am afraid to ask if you are still totin your bracelet Bandida.  We have lots of smoke
in the sky here from fires in Calif. over a hundred miles away.  I am doing good, just fighting some anxiety.  Gosh i hate that feeling!!   Going down to Jacksonville, close to Medford tomorrow afternoon to see BB King in concert.  Love his blues music.  I hope the smoke isn't so bad, but it is a hundred miles closer to the fires so doesn't look promising.  Going to AA in the morning.  Hanging in there.  I know you two are also.

Hot and humid here today, which is unusual, the humidity that is.  I made it to the art festival.  Saw some hippies dancing and alot of pretty stuff.  No jewelry for me though, so Ed lucked out. tehehe  It was fun looking though.  Had myswelf a great shaken green tea with 3 splenda.  Just like i like it. at Safeway.
I am so glad you found your Mom in a better way.  Except for the bruises.  You know they bruise so easy as they get older.  Mine does too.  Mine quit falling once i got back there and figured out she was giving herself too much insulin.  Her blood sugar checker wasn't calibrated correctly and telling her her sugar was low when it wasn't.  So she was giving herself insulin and dropping down to the 20s.  Falling out of bed, out of the chair and was unable to get up.  What a nightmare.  Ended up with a broke arm.  I went back there and the first night she had a fit and i called   911 and got her to the hospital and got it figured out.  Thank the Lord.  No more falls and that has been 2 years ago, I guess.  But, i can tell when i talk to her she is getting a little more dementia, so i don't know how much longer she will be able to live alone.  The circle of life as it goes.   And Bandida, your saga is As the World Turns!  Gee whiz, maybe Monday will be your day.  Hope so.  Okay girlies have a good Sunday.  We are headed to church in the a.m.

bandida..u r the underdog girl....they figure u did the crime so do the time and suffer with that ****.....oh grrr......u keep fighting honey....don't let the beelzebubs get ya all the way down....good visit with mom...best in 2 months......had large bruise on upper arm and said got stuck under her chair...,..hmmmm......she is not posed to put up leg rest on rocker and did...must lost her balance and fell....so many of these elderly ppl there have some major brusies where they have fallen...so unsteady......ageing just flat out *****......yeegads turquoise and silver......i have a lot..love it.....love the silver stuff!had a greyt shaken iced tea lemonade 2 day.......this time it was made right!locally they do it the best !cooling down here in Ohio.....posed to be 70's 4 a few days...could dig that!

Not much to report girls...Still waiting and just as I figured it is coming back now that the meds have worn off. Wens was the last day. Still rubbing and hurting guess I have to bug again on Monday.
