Should I leave my wife knowing she will stop drinking?
Am I understanding what you mean? That if you do pose an Intervention and leave as a result of her not choosing to seek help, then you will leave?
And then she may get the help that she needs?
When a person does Intervene in a loved ones disease, and even if they leave the addicted person for a time, it doesn't mean that there has to be a divorce or even a long term separation. Once the person seeks help and is working their "program" you can get back together. IF you see that their "program" is robust and is managing any crisis that occurs. ie. an AA or NA "sponsor" and meetings that can help to stop a person from relapse.

Im sorry im not sure im seeing the question right. If you leave your wife then she will stop drinking? Or your hoping that if you leave then she will stop drinking?
