Is it an allergy?

I hope someone can help as I’ve been suffering with a mystery illness since giving birth to my daughter 17 years ago. Has got progressively worse through the years.  I’ve worked out that if I eat sugar, cream, fats, alcohol and some medication I’m ill. It lasts up to 2 days each time and symptoms are not the usual hives, sickness or diarrhoea but a hangover/morning sickness, nausea, brain fog, poisoned feeling through my veins and my eyes go yellow.
I’ve ruled out : fibromyalgia, bad gut health, menopause, mental health and anxiety as I’ve tried treatments for most but no luck.
Thanks
Kirstie

Yellowing of the eyes can occur if your liver, pancreas, or gallbladder isn’t working properly. Gallstones and biliary sludge are fairly common, especially during pregnancy or postpartum so the gallbladder is the likely suspect here. I’d recommend having an ultrasound of your gallbladder.
