My initial decision was to stop drinking completely and take a L.F.T  test again and find if it's changing back to normal. Now then i am scared to meet a doctor as i don't want my family to know about this.Any ways i will consult a doctor for sure.

Sandeep, you really need a doctor's advice on this.  If your abnormal LFT values are from alcohol abuse, then it's possible you are drinking enough that you may require medical and psychological help to stop drinking.  Your impulse is correct to stop drinking, because whatever is the cause of your liver problems, drinking alcohol will not help and will almost certainly make the problem worse.  It's not really a question of whether you should stop drinking or not, because it does seem obvious that you should.  It's more a question of HOW to stop drinking and whether you need to do anything else to help your liver.  Please talk to a knowledgeable doctor.
