What type of Asbestos used for flooring cutback in Canada?

What type of asbestos was used for that black tar like mastic cutback? I heard the majority of residential homes had chrysotile. I had some black cutback that i needed to get rid of so i wet scraped it with a mask. Also is the cutback non-friable. House was built in mid 1950's but renovated in 1994. The only thing left from renovation was the cutback underneath the 1994 flooring that i wanted to remove from a room that was roughly 8x8ft room.

Hi dr. Anitha, thanks for your answer, but it's the mesothelioma im worried about most. If let's say I created dust by the small renovation, that dust will remain in the house. Also I know chrysotile creates asbestosis for long term exposure but this glue might have other asbesto's. Is one time exposure to other asbestos bad?

Hi, please stop worrying. A single exposure will not cause any untoward effects. Asbestosis is a disease that involves a scarring of lung tissue as a result of breathing in asbestos fibers. You have to be exposed for long for the scarring to occur, so please dont worry. If doubtful consult your doctor for lung function tests. Regards.

FORGOT TO ADD: Getting anxiety for those asbestos related diseases and can't stop worrying but osha said with caution that you can remove it with water and scraping but no sanding or grinding.
