High SGPT

My SGPT remain around 150 to 160 for last 6 months. What is the remedy?
As per doctor, I don ot have problem of fatty lever

High levels of SGPT are normally found in patients with viral hepatitis, diabetes, congestive heart failure, liver damage, bile duct problems, infectious mononucleosis, or myopathy.
They can also be related to food allergies.

Milk thistle can apparently help to lower the levels.
