S.G.P.T 131 And S.G.O.T 102

Hi I am 32 years old.I am a Daly drinker. After this test I am completely stop drinking alcohol .
Doctor tack me medicine is ,2 time ulyses300 ,2time Drotin-DS.

How many day's its take my liver working normal stage?(Approx.)

Dear Sir ,
          Today I again Test my blood. Report is S.G.P.T 60 And S.G.O.T 62,
Doctor tack me again 15 day's medicine.

Sir after my S.G.P.T & S.G.O.T are Normal stage, Can I again drink alcohol as per my old rutting?

Dear Sir,
      Doctor suggest me to check up Ultrasound. My Ultrasound sound report is delow..

LIVER is normal in size and echogenicity. IHBD and CBD are not dilated.

CBD is 4 mm in diameter. No focal mass seen in liver.

GB is normal in size and is echo free.

PANCREAS  is homogenous and is normal in echo texture.  

SPLEEN  is normal in size and normal in echogenicity

KIDNEY      RK= 104 mm
                    LK= 107 mm

No calculus seen in kidneys.
No hydronephrosis seen in kidneys.
CMD is intact on both sides.

UB is normal in outline. No calculus seen

PROSTATE is normal in size and normal in echogenicity.
Prostate weight is about 19 grams


So sir pls.. suggest me can report are normal?

Hi, understand your anxiety. Normal values for SGOT is 0-35 and SGPT is 4-36. Your lab values are raised. The values could be raised due to alcohol consumption. Was an ultrasonogram done? Did it show fatty changes? Fatty liver can be due to alcoholism when it is called Alcoholic fatty liver disease and the other one is Non alcoholic fatty liver disease, which is due to obesity, diabetes and high triglyceride levels. In addition to avoiding alcohol, avoid smoking also. Avoid drugs like paracetamol and sedatives. Get vaccinated for hepatitis A or B. Take a good protein diet. Repeat your tests after 3 months to see how they are progressing. Regards.
