lip allergy or infection

so i have this bump on my lip and it has fluid bumps on it as well, i tried researching and it comes up with things as herpes or mucocele but i’m sure it’s non of the both! honestly seeing herpes as my answer really scares me but my family has no history with it nor have i done anything oral to gain it. i have kissed my partner the day before, the bump was small and again yesterday then i have woken up to find my lip swollen? my partner is clean of anything but i will add they caused suction on my lips that i think would have caused it to be swollen? the times i kissed my partner before, this has occurred once before but after that nothing has happened until now again so i’m very curious as to what this is
