Acupuncture and Anxiety
Does anyone know if acupuncture helps to relief anxiety? Has anyone tried this?
Yes, it sure does help with anxiety, my naturopath does it for mine quite frequently and I can sure tell the difference. I really do not know the complete reasons as to how it works, but, believe me, it sure does.
I got a great result with acupuncture during fertility treatments, and didn't even believe in it. Occasionally I would have an ache or pain (chronic aching shoulders) and the acupuncturist would place a needle for that also while doing the fertility stuff, and I'd go home pain-free. So if it can work for aches and pains and fertility improvement, I don't know why it wouldn't work for anxiety.
