Talk to your parents and let them know what you are experiencing. It may be time to re-vist the doctor regarding your medication, and get into therapy. With therapy you can learn coping skills and how to better understand your anxiety. Take care....
I am sorry that you are going through this right now. Anxiety can be very confusing and scary, but you will get through it. Do you have access to a counselor? For me, being able to talk about with someone that can relate to what you are going through can really help. In my opinion, it makes it much less confusing and scary and can help you understand why you are so anxious. Please ask as many questions as you like!
