Agoraphobia is a large and expanding collection of phobias, not just one. At its most intense the person becomes afraid to leave the house or a very limited distance from home. In your case, if this is your only anxiety problem, it's not agoraphobia, but it might be a developing phobia. You might want to consider seeing a psychologist who practices a form of therapy called CBT if this is becoming debilitating enough to do that. Good luck.
