Anexity In Dreams? PLEASE READ
Erm basicly i had a dream like a couple weeks mabey days ago and it was a really like weird one thats stayed in my minde basicly i had anexity in my dream and when it comes back into my minde it scares me ? omg i think something apart from anexity is effecting me ? and does anyone else have this sometimes please someone help and reasure me ?
hmm, im not sure, maybe ur just afraid of a terrible dream but there might be a problem with this, i cant say, but talk to ur doctor about it
We all have dreams that scare us and stay with us for days, this is normal. Dreams can seem so real, but it's just our minds way of "cleaning house" while we sleep and this is why they normally make no sense. But some are scary and cause anxiety, just know it's normal, and only a dream, nothing more.
