Anxiety disorde

I just got diagnosed with anxiety disorder 3 days ago. The whole right side of my body has had pins and needles for a week now and the sensation just won’t go away. It’s causing my right hand to hurt really bad. I don’t want to start taking pills for anxiety because I’m scared of the depends it’ll have on my body and mind. I’m anxious about a current situation and it causes my heart to beat through the roof, dizziness and fatigue. Are there any home remedies for this?

It's not clear what you're suffering from.  You seem to indicate your main problem is that you're having what sounds like a pinched nerve problem and it's made you anxious because it won't go away.  Then you say you were diagnosed with anxiety, which doesn't mean you have to take pills.  Usually, unless your life was seriously impaired, you'd first be sent to a therapist to work this out.  Also, the term home remedies is a misnomer.  There are different forms of medicine developed over the time humans have been around.  One type is allopathic medicine, which is what most medical doctors practice today and the one that uses a lot of pharmaceutical products.  But there is also homeopathic medicine and natural medicine which includes an array of plant and other remedies that are definitely not found around the average home.  Natural medicine has been around a lot longer than allopathic medicine and it can work for some people just as allopathic medicine works for only some people.  But to get help you have to be clear about what's going on -- did you have anxiety before this pain started?  Are you anxious about a lot of things?  And even if you do have anxiety, that doesn't mean the pins and needles and hand pain are caused by anxiety, it still sounds like you pinched a nerve.  Anxious people get all the things everyone else gets.  So who diagnosed you with anxiety, why, what diagnostic tests were done to see if there was something physiological going on with your pain, etc.?  And are you a generally anxious person or are you just very frightened because of this one thing?
