i have anxiety and I'm only 15 ive had it for like 1 years. I used to have panic attacks but now I just have anxiety but it's not severe because I don't fight it anymore, I just let it happens and go with the flow. When I had panic disorder It literally killed me! I was severely depressed and couldn't eat or even move out the house I was scared to walk to school because I was scared of having a panic attack. I coudknt exercise because it made me anxious I was so horrendous! But now, I go out by self, don't have panic attacks and I'm back to normal but I do experience anxiety which can be torturous at time but I just go with the flow of it. I really know how u feel and I can empathise completely with you it's horrendous. But just know, it's not damaging to health, and thousand across the world have it and it doesn't have to ruin your life. You just need to accept it and go with the flow of it or you could even be positive about it and use this panic and anxiety as a good thing like it's your friend. It's not gonna kill you. anxiety is a rocking chair. It' keeps moving back and forth but it's not gonna get you anywhere:)x

Can you expand on your question?  It's hard to tell especially from your last line what you're trying to deal with, which is much more important than what you label something.  But a basic point is that a panic attack usually occurs temporarily and is an intense fear, usually of something specific even if that thing isn't actually scary, while anxiety is a more constant feeling of fear.
