Anxiety or something else?

I have a warming sensation that starts in my throat and then my whole body and face starts tingling and becomes warm. It only lasts a few moments(less than a minute) and always comes with the sensation that I need to urinate or have a BM.  I also get a very dry throat and feel the need to drink water.  My first thoughts of why this was happening was due to either dehydration or constipation.
The first time I had this was when I was a teenager, I was asleep in the car and the warm sun was shining on me and that feeling came.  For awhile it seemed to be associated with extreme weather changes, going from a warm house to outside or vice versa. I never told anyone about it because I couldn't explain it, and it since it only lasted a few moments, wasn't a problem.  As an adult it started happening when I would go to the printer stations at work, so I thought that maybe it was something to do with the electronics.  I seemed to always have this feeling at night so that didn't make any sense either. since there was no electronics around.
The past few months I have been having these sensations quite often,  6 or more a day on some days.  I don't feel anxious, other than when they happen, it worries me.
I also wonder that it may be a vitamin deficiency, because when I am hungry it also happens more.

  Thanks for the replies.
I haven't asked my doctor about it yet, mostly because it is so hard to describe.  I don't feel stressed and don't have a history of anxiety, that I am aware of. After it happens often though, I do feel anxiety because it worries me.
I never thought of it being a migraine. I think I handle stress well.  I have a lot going on, and maybe I just don't realize that it is stress.

It happens sometimes when I am exercising, and does still happen after.

It has happened 3 times this morning already, and my face is feeling really numb, so maybe I need to go and ask my doctor about it.  I don't like to take medicine unless its necessary and am scared that is what might happen.

Also, how does exercise affect it?  Ever gone out and exercised after experiencing this feeling?  Did it go away?

It could be something vascular, like a migraine headache without the headache.  Have you noticed that it tends to happen following a period of stress when you start to relax again?  You say that eating helps, migraines are like that -- they are more likely on an empty stomach.  You're not experiencing migraines, but you could be having some vascular constriction.  That's why I ask about your perception of your stress levels before and after this occurs.

What does your doctor say about it?  Have you been stressed lately or have you had a history of anxiety?  In my experience with anxiety, it can defiintely manifest itself in all shapes and forms.  If you can think of a symptom or particular feeling, it can have an immediate impact on how you interepret it in my opinion.
