I agree with evans and Paxiled. This is such a tough battle. It truly does get better! Get the blood tests to rule out anything else. I highly recommend getting a psychologist/therapist. Mine has been invaluable to me on this journey.
The best advice I can give you is to be kind to yourself. For me, that's crawling in my apartment and being alone with Netflix and just vegetating. Make sure you're eating as well as you can. Drink plenty of fluids. Stay in touch with your doctor. Reach out to loved ones you trust to be there for you.
Know that we're all in this battle on this community page; you are NOT alone. Everything you're describing, one of us is or has experienced. Just take things one minute at a time!
Get that blood test. It will rule out, or at least attempt to rule out, any number of hard to find problems such as thyroid problems, sugar imbalances, Ciliac Disease, etc. that can cause anxiety and depression.
I really feel for you. I understand the hopeless, panic and desperation that you are no doubt experiencing. I wish I had a miracle answer for you. It can be a dark and ****** road and the only relief I get is a stilnox (Zolpidem) (ambien) and a cuddle from my wife at night. I can only suggest that you keep trying to find something that works for you. Don't give up. Never give up looking for an answer. Often the symptoms will subside during your search. At the moment I'm doing a mindspot clinic course that the government here in Australia pays for. Also I'm reading books such as the power of now by Eckhart Tolle and watching youtube videos by the anxiety guy. It's important to explore every avenue and hopefully you will find something that resonates with you. I know it's overwhelming and your concentration levels might be at an all time low but just do what you can do. I've had to read a page of a book about twenty times before my brain will allow the information in.
I hope that something that I have written will help you find a way.
There is no blood test for anx or depression, so not sure what you are expecting from that. Unfortunately there is no test for those so it is up to the person suffering and a professional who analyzes your discussion to figure if you have those conditions.
Are you in therapy to find why you feel nothing is real,, anx and dep?
