You don't say how old you are. Your dreams might be telling you something has happened recently that is really bothering you deep inside. Or, you could be at the age where depression rears its ugly head -- you don't say your age. It could also be a lot of other things -- eating too close to bedtime, for example, can trigger rough sleep, as can exercising heavily too close to bedtime, in some people. Are there psychologists where you are so you can enter therapy and figure this out? And do you have a regular doc who can check your blood sugar, hormones and thyroid, and the like to make sure nothing is going on with your system?

I would need more information but i'm guessing you are going through the same thing i did. Anxiety makes you question everything whether it is consciously or unconsciously. Also your anxiety tends to cause you to shrink back from your usual life and pull back into a bubble and your life becomes very short term orientated. because of this you lose your drive and determination to achieve long term goals because you are obsessed with the short term. I got over this by forcing myself outside and to build my social life up. I started just by talking night time walks where it is nice and cool and i could see the stars, If you are at a university try and sign up for some clubs and societies. Also exercise is a very important component of handling anxiety
