Anyone tried panicyl?

Hi everyone! I just wanted to ask if anyone has tried panicyl. I bought a 2 month supply and have been taking it for 2 weeks now. Symptoms have lowered, yeah, but I still get sweaty hands at times and some scary thoughts that get me off balance. Has anyone experienced something similar? Seems like it's time for me now to change these thoughts with therapy now that my symptoms have lowered or so I've been told, because I don't think weird thoughts are gonna go away with just medicine or anything, I feel like I have to change my bad thinking habit or am I wrong? I think I'm getting closer to curing myself than ever before... please some advice. Thanks in advance

BTW, panicyl is a natural supplement to treat anxiety. An alternative to antidepressants and drugs.

Is that paxil? It is an antidepssant but helps with social axiety. If you stop abruptly you will be very upset. For myself I realised I had to be active with my thoughts. When I started thinking bad thoughts I had to say shut up. actively not letting myself go there. When I go there I see that it is the same script, it is in the past and obcessing on it will not change it. I sometimes think how long am I going to be dead vs how long am i going to be alive. If i were dead and could still think I would see that I wasted my short life when I should have enjoyed it while I had it.
