yes, all the time, im slowly 'recovering' from anxiety but the brain fog still lingers, its not quite like depersonalization but i get what ur trying to say there is kina like a fog at the forefront of your brain? take vitamin b comlex and omega 3 fishoils they help out alot! hope you get better! :)
phew! I thought I was the only one! I'v been experiencing "brain fog" and I thought it was me going crazy... I feel like crap as well and I'm also consumed with worrysome thoughts but I'v been having a anxiety attack almost once a day at least for a week and a half.
I'm not a professional and I'v never felt like this but I'd say it's best to see a doctor :)
oh yeah eat very healthy!
a healthy diet is a great way to recover the mind and body! :) drink water through out the day as well...
but yeah totaly see a doctor and tell him/her how you feel :)
Thanks, I've been trying to make myself eat healthier and drink plenty of water. Two years ago I was on a diet of fish, fresh veggies and fruit and felt tons better. Then I slowly started backsliding...and here I am again. I really feel like this has alot to hormones....still doing some research on it though.
The aftermath of panic attacks are certainly a reality. What you call a brain fog may be the brain's way of keeping you on auto pilot so to speak.
I always feel drained for a day or so. Time may vary. Know I am off my game for sure for about a week. This is my account of how it is for me now.
Years ago when they first started, I may have recovered faster. Honestly don't remember. I had more of them so little time to recover and I was working....so on auto pilot anyway..LOL.
Think a good diet and lots of water are helpful, of course. Still whatever it is that causes brains to malfunction is still a mystery. Best for me is to simply carry on, knowing I will have good and bad days. That is life.
Ofcourse, anxiety exhausts the poor brain , but its also amazing because it protects itself...and anxiety is proof ...I just think of it as a drained battery that needs some TLC and healthy time
