Can penis turtling be caused by anxiety and /or depression?

A year ago approximately I started to develop anxiety, insomnia and among physical symptoms (tachycardia, sweating, etc) I started to note that my penis is turtling (retracted)  several times a day. I am on Psychiatric treatment since January of the present year, 3.5 months taking clonazepam 1.5mg, Wellbutrin XL 150mg and Cymbalta 60mg daily, but the turtling problem started before all these meds. At this moment I still don't feel well, I am a bit depressed and mild anxiety and the turtling issue is making me more anxious and depressed

I have all of the above except for the turtling affect (Im a female). I noticed that after having head injuries, insomnia tachycardia and weird stuff followed. If you have had an injury it would be a good idea to let your , unless it feels like it does me some good.care check it out. I feel that Ive been over medicated and cut back on all meds that don't seem to do anything positive. Talk to your docs and let them know of your concerns, you are a lot more normal than you think. What I mean by that is I don't know anyone who isn't taking meds for insomnia or BP or bowel issues. Eat healthy stay away from chemicals and look into organic juicing for real help. Peace and happy hugs your way.

I have no idea about the turtling thing, I've been a guy for 65 years and it moves around a lot and I've never paid that much attention to it.  Anxious people focus on this kind of thing, others don't.  I'm curious though about how you're doing?  You're being treated for depression more than anxiety, judging from your meds.  You're also on a lot of meds but don't say how it came to that.  You don't mention if you've tried therapy.  Given the meds you're on, I am quite curious how the anxiety and insomnia are going, as they are of the more stimulating variety.  Were you ever offered the option of taking the clonazepam or some other benzo as needed rather than all the time?  How severe was the problem?  Just wondering.
