Cant get HIV fear out of mind

I recently had an exposure which was termed as no risk. I used condoms but I keep on thinking did it break and go unnoticed. I am on anti axiety tablets but still keep thinking. This is 14th day after the exposue and I have a very bad fatigue. Cant get out of bed. I even fear to get tested and cant even stop thinking about it. All I know is I had used condoms but not sure if it failed. What should I do?

Clearly, no matter whether or not you have HIV, and the likelihood of it is infinitesimal, you have a pretty bad anxiety problem.  Whatever you're taking isn't working.  As for the HIV, the only way to be sure is to get tested, but as long as your anxiety about this is out of control either you stop having sex or you try to do something about it.  Are you seeing a therapist who specializes in anxiety treatment?

No, he's a general doc, not a specialist..I have decided to move on considering used a condom and not getting tested.
What do you recommend..To the best of my knowledge, condom was there..but 100 % sure
Not 100% sure.*
You were advised regarding your HIV exposure in the HIV Prevention forum.  Please limit questions in here to managing your anxiety.
As the moderator said above, this isn't an HIV forum, I've never had it, and can't tell you what to do about it -- you already know about that part of it and you get to make your own decisions.  A general doc isn't going to fix your anxiety problem unless you decide medication is the way you prefer to handle it, and if that's the way you want to go I'd see a psychiatrist as they're the specialist in drug treatment for mental health.  But I'm actually suggesting you see a psychologist who specializes in anxiety treatment, as it seems you have an anxiety problem that isn't being treated successfully.  Drugs can tamp down symptoms of anxiety but can't cure it.  Therapy might, and it doesn't seem as though your whole life has gone awry because of it at this point.  If you can fix it without medication, it's just a less invasive way to do it.  Others on here disagree and think drugs are always part of the answer.  You get to decide, but do try something, don't keep doing what isn't working.
