The weed part is easy to find out -- stop smoking for awhile and see if the problem goes away. One thing about weed is that there's a point in life when a lot of people get anxious when stoned -- I don't know if this is happening to you but it's very common. I'm an old guy now, but when I was young everyone smoked and now almost none of us do because eventually we all got anxious when stoned. If you look on this site in the archives you will see many threads full of folks who got their anxiety disorders while stoned. It tends to focus us on what's inside, and if anxiety hits us pot can bring it out big time. In that way it might be causing some stress rather than alleviating it and causing some stomach issues rather than solving them. Only way to find out is to stop for awhile, as I said, and see if the problem goes away. It's also not a great idea to mix drugs for the brain with other drugs for the brain -- pot affects the brain and so does the meds you're taking, so it could be the combo. Alcohol is usually more the culprit here, but again, could be. Also could be the meds you're on -- don't know if this started when you started the meds or not but antidepressants in particular can be very hard on the digestive system. So if you're not feeling anxious, it could be a side effect of the meds. There are ways to deal with this if that's the case -- sometimes it involves problems with magnesium absorption, sometimes dietary changes are necessary to offset the effects of the medication, sometimes a new med is needed if you can't fix the problem. Again, have no idea if this is what's happening and most likely if it was the meds it would have started soon after you started taking them. Sometimes doctors don't find things, sometimes they don't look that hard. That's also a possibility. Gallbladder issues involve the liver and fat digestion, but for that you have to ask a doc, not us. I'd say the easiest thing for you to try is stop smoking weed and if that fixes it, that was the problem. If it doesn't, it wasn't, and you have to keep looking.
