I just watched a movie called Numb !! It was awesome ! If you have DP/DR. You must see this!!! We are not alone at ALL !!!
Nothing wrong to post about that movie here because the movie is about dp. I haven't seen it but heard it was all a dream and that's why I don't wanna watch it.
He also suffers from anxiety and panic attacks. I am not sure why they didnt include that?? It made me happy I could show my family thismovie and maybe they would understand a little more about how I suffer from anxiety panic DP and depression. And it did help :-) Iwasnt aware there was movies out there like this and just found some relief from it.

He knows she can save him. She knows he has to save himself. Together they save each other.
