Hi Adee123.

Have you had any contact with any pets lately?
Any cats perhaps? Even if the answer might be no, please read on.

Check out toxoplasma.
In toxoplasmosis (a toxoplasma infectious condition), one could also be a latent carrier, since infancy, with no symptoms at all, but may develop an infection later in life.
The interesting part is that it may be linked to depression, ANXIETY and other psychiatric disorders! Please do a search for this!

Toxoplasma gets in the brain causing pressure type of headaches and can also infect the eye.
The eye has 2 different bodies of fluid (I won't bore you with details) where no blood circulates to bring extra white blood cells when needed to fight off an offensive organism/pathogen. So the limited defense at the site, is unable to protect the eye enough from Toxoplasma, and often this is the start of chronic eye issues.

So make sure that this is ruled out.  Should toxoplasma presence be confirmed, you and your family and any pets must all be treated, if you had any pets in your house/apartment.
And if you are a person with lowered immunity, then you may not be able to keep pets, where you live, as you risk frequent re-infection.

This is not a substitute for medical advice.

Best wishes and I hope you find an answer soon.
Niko.
PS
Most Doctors will probably miss this unless they're specifically looking for it!, as it's hard to dx and hard to treat.

Please see your eye doctor right away.  Then go see your regular doctor to check for possible inner-ear problems.  Blessings - Blu

It sounds like allergies, a possible sinus infection, a possible ear infection or maybe all 3. Have you been to see your Dr yet?
