is it anxiety or something more?

I am a 20 year old female with no other health problems. I have a history of anxiety and depression in the past, which I have taken Prozac for. About six months ago, I took a drug called Mali at a concert and since then, I have had anxiety attacks as well as many other symptoms. The first attack came a couple days after I took the drug. I have been struggling with the feeling that I am in a daze, like my brain isn't quite connected to my actions/body. I'm not sure if this is causing the anxiety, because it is a miserable feeling, or if this is just another problem I am having. It is so bad sometimes that I can barely remember what I was doing or thinking in a recent activity. For example, today at work "the daze" got much worse and I became extremely anxious, and felt like I wasn't controlling my own body. After I drove home, which was terrifying because I felt like I was going crazy and couldn't concentrate on the road, I went straight to my room and felt like I was gonna pass out or throw up. That was the worst "the haze" has ever been, and as it is wearing off a little I barely remember driving home.
I had taken the drug Mali before on a couple occasions. I smoke marijuana about once a week and drink once or twice a week. I have never been a hypochondriac and I have been trying to convince myself over the past 6 months that there is nothing wrong with me except for some anxiety. However, I am starting to worry that this is something more because it is getting worse. I need help :(

My advice is to NEVER take illegal drugs.  You never know what your taking and you are really gambling with your life.  Someone could be passing out rat poison and how would you know it.
Fiinally, someone with a history of anxiety and depression needs to be especially cautions with what you hammer your nervous system with.   Would you go to a tanning salon with a bad sunburn?
Take good care of yourself..if you don't, noone else will!

you may have triggered off depersonalization/derealization. i did that by smoking marijuana. lay off any form of alcohol or drug for the next week, if that does not help then i would most certainly say you have done so. if you have anxiety you shouldn't do any drug it can have terrible effects. i learned the hard way, for your sake i hope you have triggered off something serious. i would like to hear back from you please keep me updated on your condition.

Mali is the pure form of ecstasy...that is, it is MDMA with no fillers or other drugs. it rushes all the feel good hormones (seratonin?) out at once, so the next few days you feel a little down until your brain balances out. I do drink coffee (I work at a coffee shop) but try to limit myself as much as possible. So, I will drink a cup or two when I work. I will definitely try to change my diet and see if that helps. thanks

Do you drink coffee, caffeinated tea? How does this affect you? Because what you're describing is, a low level of dopamine in your body -- it's not repairing itself the way it should. Do yo know what Mali does? Is it like ecstasy?
It would be interesting to see what happened if you 1) made sure you're getting enough protein in your diet and 2) increased eating green vegetables -as close as you like to raw-- for a bit. Alkalize your body a bit, and see if that makes a difference.
I DO drink coffee, so I'm not saying, don't.
