I struggle with this as well. The fact that you posted here in the anxiety forum shows that you either know or suspect you have abnormal levels of anxiety. Your vertigo/dizziness/lightheadedness is almost certainly the result of that anxiety. Try not to hyperfocus on your symptoms. Go after the anxiety and you'll likely take care of the vertigo as well. However, it wouldn't hurt to ask for a referral to a neurologist. He/she may have some ways to help alleviate the symptoms.

I've noticed the only time i ALMOST get anxious is when I feel dizzy or like I'm swaying OR if my eyes feel wierd, and when i focus on the symptoms too much.
