I definitely wouldn't call you whiney, and I've heard lots so I know. A perfect idea is to call a local crisis line and ask them for help. They're free to call, and the people who answer them are trained to handle problems like yours. They usually have 1-800 numbers, so they can be made from payphone, which will ensure your parents don't have to fork over any money if it's long distance.

You aren't making your problems up, you just have too many to cope with all at once. It happens all the time, so fortunately you aren't the only one the crisis line/help line people will have had call them. They've done this many times before.

Give them a try. Free is always good.

Best wishes,

i found out that theres actualy a txt line for such problems. but when i was feeling realy wierd i txtd them and told them about it and they thought i was lying. admittedly, i was realy out of it and sounded weird, but they should assume that everyones telling the truth so when i txt them, they wont call me a liar and make conditions worse.

Another idea for you: ask your (if you have one) preist/pastor/church leader to talk to you.  They are bound by ethics not to reveal anything about your conversation unless it is about life or death.  And many will do this for free, without parents consent.  Look into it. - Blu

Sorry to say but in this world nothing is free..it seems. But what about a counselor? Normally for teens, theres gotta be someone to talk to. Does your parents have insurance on you? Because if they do you can go see you medical doc, and they can refer you to one. Is there something we can help you with?
