Vision problems caused by anxiety?

Hi. I am male and 15 years old and am suffering from anxiety. I am always concerned i have somethign wrong with me and always think i have a brain tumour. I have had 2 consultations and the doctors tell em im fine, but i need to be reassured by other people with my problem. As you know, doctors are so busy and appointments only tend to last about 10 minutes and you cant get everythign across. This means i alaways feel that the symptoms i didnt tell them could change their mind and thwy would think i had a brain tumour. I am currently having strange vision. I see lots of floaters, and when i look at my finger for example, everything else i see double. I know that we see things double normally,. but mine is worse. When i look at my arm, the bits which are firther away from where i am focused seem like they are in double vision. I would just like to know if this is related to anxiety and or if anyone else has experienced it. i told my doctor about the floaters but i have only noticed the double vision thing recently. Any answers wpuld be greatly appreciated. just to say, my family dont really understand what im going through, adn if i complain about symptoms, they just dismiss it and say i am being anxious. Even if i am, i think it is important to be reassured.

I'm 26 years old and my Anxiety shows it's ugly face in different ways.  Now, it's vision.  I feel like I'm partial cross eyed!

Funny thing is, when I'm having fun and not "worrying" magically I'm not seeing double anymore!

Don't fear your anxiety.  It is an imaginary Ghost in your mind, it can't hurt you!  Embrace it and that will be your first step to recovery.

I suggest you google "Anxiety Self Help" and start reading up.

You are not alone.

Anxiety can cause many symptoms in the body, try to accept the uncertainty of life and try to relax INTO your anxiety, not run around in circles with it (like most of us do).
Do you meditate, pray or go to counseling at all?
You are lovely and young and have a long life ahead of you - try to enjoy every second. Read 'how to handle' anxiety books too. Anxiety can rob us of our enjoyment of life.
Plus, every little thing in life you do well, congratulate yourself big time!
Keep busy with positive activities and think positive thoughts.
Every time you do something new (or scary) praise yourself and every day, push yourself a little further.
And remember...praise yourself!!
