Hello, ive recently come across this page, is everybody alright 3 years later? is your Anxiety any better, please reply!
thanks for the advice. I will try and get help, as long as my parents will take me to the docs
I'm 26 years old and my Anxiety shows it's ugly face in different ways. Now, it's vision. I feel like I'm partial cross eyed!
Funny thing is, when I'm having fun and not "worrying" magically I'm not seeing double anymore!
Don't fear your anxiety. It is an imaginary Ghost in your mind, it can't hurt you! Embrace it and that will be your first step to recovery.
I suggest you google "Anxiety Self Help" and start reading up.
You are not alone.
Anxiety can cause many symptoms in the body, try to accept the uncertainty of life and try to relax INTO your anxiety, not run around in circles with it (like most of us do).
Do you meditate, pray or go to counseling at all?
You are lovely and young and have a long life ahead of you - try to enjoy every second. Read 'how to handle' anxiety books too. Anxiety can rob us of our enjoyment of life.
Plus, every little thing in life you do well, congratulate yourself big time!
Keep busy with positive activities and think positive thoughts.
Every time you do something new (or scary) praise yourself and every day, push yourself a little further.
And remember...praise yourself!!
thank you so much. Phew. I hate it that anxiety causes hypochondria, which causes anxiety and so on and so forth. Im fed up. When 1 symptom goes, another comes along. Thanks for the help. Please keep me posted anyoenj else who has these problems. I dotn get double vision if i look at somethign directly, its just double on the things ive not focused on.
