How do I get back to work ASAP?
I started Paxil 12.5 mg 1 week ago for anxiety disorder. I have had a couple of really down days, today being 1 of them. I am not a person to just wait, and unfortunately everyone just keeps telling me to wait. What do I do in the meantime? My life is very busy and very demanding. Not because it has to be, but because I'm living to the fullest. Right now I'm not living much at all. I am looking for survival tips? Real survival tips from any of you out there. I woke up this morning overwhelmed with anxiety knowing that my paid time off will stop very soon. I can't afford to be off work unpaid for more than a couple of days. HELP!!! Inspirational words for me please!!
