Will lack of sleep cause blood pressure to be high? I'm 20 years old and I have heart anxiety I've had multiple normal ekgs and blood tests and even pee test so is will lack of rest make it go up? Tonight it was 127/89 and 132/88

You're only 20, why are you measuring your blood pressure?  Leave it alone and get into therapy, as you've been encouraged to do many many times.  Just for info, many things cause high blood pressure, and lack of sleep could be a contributing factor, as can diet, genetics, not exercising, etc.  But none of these means you will get it, just that they are factors.  But that really isn't the issue, is it?
