You might be able to solve a lot of problems if you can get the GI problem under control. It is frightening to be anxious about something and have the heartburn act up at the same time so they can feed off each other so to speak.
Not sure what "gets" is but I took Prilosec for maybe 3+ years then poof my acid reflux went away. One 2 month period was so awful that I figured it could never improve - In desperation I followed doc's advice and switched to a bland diet and sipped water all day to dilute stomach acid like they said, which seemed to help it enough to recover. Your doc can go over that with you tomorrow and make sure it is right for you to do. There are a few variations of bland diet on the internet so do a fair bit of reading to make sure you get all the potential trouble foods out of your diet for a few weeks at least.
Try to relax until the appointment because likely doc will tell you the tingling and twitching are just anxiety making you overly aware of your body's every movement - things that you would normally not bother thinking about can be worrisome when you think something is wrong- Remember, diagnosing is your doc's job and yours is to live happily to the best of your ability. Not that everyone can get rid of anxiety, but you haven't had it too long so see what doc thinks and write back.

I don't know what it it's it's starts from the left upper edge collarbone all the to my lower chin if I'm walking I feel it almost like a guitar string feeling no pain which surprises me I'm on zoloft 100 mg at night I don't know if I should start taking it in the morning I also take klonopin once daily for about 3 month it effects my daily life what's your opinion based on the symptoms such as tingling when swallowing in that are it happens only on my left side I also suffer from gets so I doubt it's that I've been taking Pepcid and Prilosec for 5 months? Any opinion I'm going to the dr tomorrow

Perhaps it is some small neck muscle that is responding to your anxiety but the only person who can diagnose you will be a professional who you see face to face. Anxiety makes muscles twitch and you get more cognizant of every little twitch because you worry that something major could be going on - the more you worry the worse it can get.
In LA you probably have access to a hospital call in system where you can talk to a professional who can tell you if your situation warrants a trip to the hospital for a check-up.

I'm sorry you're going through this.

Muscle twitches can be caused by a few things, including dehydration, anxiety, and medication side effects.  I can't tell you specifically about zoloft - I'm on that myself, and just the in last few days, I had an occasional leg muscle twitch that I couldn't explain.  If it's troubling you, I'd mention it to your doctor the next time you see him/her.  And of course, if it starts to interfere with your ability to talk, breathe, or swallow, absolutely go see your doctor.

Hope you feel better soon!
