terrible depression, anyone to boost me up please!!!

I increased my dosage to 40 mg two weeks ago, I am unable to sleep, I am not hungry, I feel so agitated, I was doing great last year but lately had a blip so had to increase the dosage to 40 mg, is that a side effect? I am so tired, I'm not leaving bed, I feel exhausted with terrifying thoughts, I dont feel like smiling, don't feel like talking, my head hurts so much, I feel I'm not myself, feeling sick, unable to do anything, panicky all the time,... Please tell what's wrong? I already had 20mg in my system, why is this happening, I want to be normal and happy and active again, I'm frustrated I cant take it anymore.......

Hello there again.

I'm sorry you're still struggling so much.  I would encourage you to go back and review your other threads, as the same info has been covered a few times, and that might make you feel a little better to read the replies again.  This thread has some great info:

As I told you, it's definitely normal to experience some side effects after increasing your dose.  I think it's likely that some of what you're experiencing could be side effects, and a lot of it is a psychological response to those side effects, which make you feel even worse.

Definitely keep your doctor informed on how you're doing.  If it's been two weeks since you increased your dose, the side effects should really be easing up by now (or at least starting to).  So, if you're not seeing the symptoms level off or improve, then it's time for a chat with your doc.

Hang in there!!  Update us when you can.
