HIV Anxiety

Because I have anxiety over HIV my post was deleted from the HIV Prevention Board.  I wonder if there is an expert here that can answer my questions.  I would greatly appreciate an answer that does not belittle me for having anxiety.  I realize this is a phobia.

1.  Does there have to be a large amount of blood present for there to be any HIV risk?  In my case I was deep kissing with someone of unknown HIV status a few hours after my lip was busted.  It wasn't bleeding at the time, but just swollen.  The person I was kissing had dental work recently but I never saw or tasted blood.

2.  I tested negative at 11 weeks with Oraquick oral swab.  Any need for further testing?
