Probably be a good idea to see a psychologist and talk it out -- get to the why of it. Basically demystify it and learn why you've made this small thing such a big deal.
How do I get it out of my head, though?
That's the thing -- it isn't creepy. People are born naked, and we're always naked under our clothes -- naked is natural. You need to figure out why you think it's creepy, because this aspect of your life really isn't a privacy issue at all, it's something you've gotten into your head. Which means you can get it out of your head.
I'm not sure, honestly..I just don't like people seeing me that way or me seeing them in that way..quite frankly I think it's kinda..creepy I guess..
Avoiding things that bother you irrationally won't help. What is it about people seeing you that bothers you? Privacy is actually a relatively new concept for humanity, when you think about how life has been lived until pretty recently. It's one thing to need some time to yourself for thinking, reflection, creativity, peace, but changing clothes isn't really a privacy issue in the same sense. So what is it that makes you uncomfortable?
I'll try that, thanks : ]
