Its common to feel tired with any infection.  But it does sound like you have a sinus infection.  And sinus infections do usually require antibiotics, but Im not a doctor so I cant say if it always requires an antibiotic.  My advice is see a doctor.  Many of the doctors around here will not only give you a RX for antibiotics if needed, but will also suggest things you can do on your own to help with the symptoms.  Get Well soon.

My rule of thumb is if you have these symptoms and you bend over and it hurts so bad you scream, then it is a sinus infection LOL. Hope you feel better soon.  Hello to Greenlydia as well!

Only a doctor can prescribe antibiotics, (at lesat in the US) so it's hard to avoid that expense.
Read up on Netti Pots. I have very bad sinus infections and I swear by these now. There was some concern about using plain tap water, so if you decide to try one, in conjunction with antibiotics, talk with your chemist about what sort of water you should use.
Oh, that "stinging" sensation you felt when you bent over to tie your shoes? Very much a symptom of sinus infections.
I wish you the best and am very glad your brain tumor has gone away! LOL
Peace

It sounds like you have, or are getting, a sinus infection. All the symptoms point to that, NOT a brain tumor.
A sinus infection can cause pain in your head, (especially the front of your face) when you bend over and also a sore throat from sinus drainage.
Headache medication does very little to offset the pain and discomfort of a sinus infection, antibiotics are almost always prescribed.
Stay OFF the symptom sites about brain tumors! And cancer. And MS. And Addisons Disease. And HIV.......
If you simply cannot pull yourself away from the symptom sites, look up such nasty problems as hangnails, dandruff, earwax, in-grown toenails or hemorrhoids............that way, after you've convinced yourself you've got all of THESE problems, you can go to your local chemists and get what you need to fix yourself. Much less costly than an MRI looking for a brain tumor that doesn't exist.
(I am just kidding you and hope you have not taken offense to my sense of humor. If I have offended you, please accept my apology. I am not laughing AT you, I'm laughing WITH you because I've been where you are!)
Peace
