Don't ask me to recommend you to take two pills of a drug you're better off not needing in the first place.  The answer is based on need, and you know yourself better than we do.  But two isn't necessarily better than one -- as has already been noted above, people experience drugs differently.

Klonopin is a long-lasting benzo but it takes longer to notice an effect than shorter term benzos.  It's usually best used regularly with the shorter acting ones used as needed, but then of course you're addicted to it, as I am.  So you don't notice klonopin except in the long term, when you notice you're not as anxious anymore.  As for dizziness, don't know why it would make you dizzy, though side effects do differ.  Anxiety is more likely to make you dizzy, whereas anything that works to calm you down is less likely to do that.

What do you think about hypnosis?

Measuring your relaxation state is difficult since there is such an emotional aspect to it and no way to meter it. You will have to talk to doc about this med.

Ask your pharmacist or doc. A phone call to pharma is easy.

Yes, you can take klonopin with the antidepressants.  No one can tell you if it will work or not -- different drugs affect people differently, different people need different doses, and we don't know how bad your anxiety is.  Wondering about the abilify though --that's for intractible depression.  Didn't know it was used for anxiety.  Is the Lexapro working?

I would recommend trying hypnosis for fear of flying. One session worked for me including them teaching how to self hypnotize so you can do it every time for future trips.
Much handier than obtaining and packing meds - if you try it, they recommend that you read about it first because the more you understand about it, the easier it is for the session to work.
