Can Axiety Make Walking Up Stairs Seem Harder?

Wanted to poll some of you people.  It seems on days when my anxiety is super low and I'm actually relaxed and in a good mood, doing something like walking up a flight of stairs is nothing.  However on some days it seems like super hard....usually on days when my anxiety is high.  I was wondering if there's a psycho-somatic element to this--meaning I almost expect to feel winded and therefore I do.  It's not so much that I expect to feel winded but rather I fear it.

Thoughts?

Interesting.  Not sure I get the relevance but to answer the question, no, I don't think all the money in the world would change my anxieties one bit.  Many of my fears revolve around not being around one day.  Money has no effect on that...at least not yet lol.  Perhaps and probably in the future the uber rich will be able to buy longer, possibly death free lives.

Why do you ask?

Hi James, i have a thought. If you won the lottery do you think your anxiety would be less? Lets say it was the $400 million powerball?
