Paranoid about casual contact ocd help...

So ive had my scare past couple of months with hiv.. tested negative a bunch of times then when i was all ready to let it go I came into contact with a person who had hiv for over 30 yrs...

it was at a funeral so ofcourse there was cheek kissing, casual hand shakes, hugging etc... I know it is plastered everywhere that "you cannot contact hiv through casual contact" and the very few times that it happened in house hold settings were where the family member came into contact with bodily fluids..

From what ive gathered hiv is only transmitted through sex, needles, and blood to blood contact ( but the cut needs to be deep enough to get past the several layers of skin so a superficial cut isnt viable...

I know this is going crazy and maybe im just not being rational because this was a random unexpected death of a very close family member...

I am accepting the fact that I may be extremely paranoid or i might just be using this as a coping method to deal with a death..
