Namaste,
Am anxiety management group can be very useful, but if you're still dealing with severe anxiety/panic attack issues, you need to discuss them with your doctor.
Since I don't know what medication(s) you are on it's hard to tell what might work.
Your doctor may need to prescribe a benzodiazepine to control your anxiety/panic attack issues.
You really need to keep your doctor advised of your changing symptoms. Using a journal to detail your mood(s), diet, sleep patterns, etc. can be very useful when you meet(with your doctor).

Hi Michael,
I have started with the mood tracker on here as I've not done one before and think it will be useful to take with me to my next pdoc appointment, there doesn't seem to be any pattern to my anxiety as it depends on which bipolar state I'm in so something that causes anxiety one day may not cause it another and vice versa which makes it very difficult.

Namaste,
The mood tracker seems like a good idea. I glad you're going to be using, but make sure you keep it up.
A seperate journal may also help, which shows your diet, sleep habits, etc. Besides, writing helps the mind focus on something other than are perceived distress.
