Sounds a lot like the UK, no one talks to anyone unless they already know you. Don't know any of my neighbours yet I have lived here for 3 years.
If you continue to experience symptoms then please go back to your doctor. It is their job to diagnose you, it doesn't matter whether it is a physical or a psychological problem, they are there to help you and get you the required treatment.
From what I have heard ex-wives do tend to drive their exes to distraction!
Good luck and I hope that everything improves for you soon.
Hi Goodeys
Thank you for your response it is highly appreciated as not alot of people speak to me anyway we in South Africa where everyone is running his/her own lifes and mind only their business. Nevertheless the doctor did not diagnosed me with anxiety it is just off felling that i do get.I think it is my Ex-wife running me mad and maybe i need to look at therapy
Hi Ace,
Sorry to hear that you are not feeling great at the moment.
Has your doctor diagnosed all of your symptoms with anxiety? If you have been checked over and they can find nothing wrong with you then you need to take reassurance from this. If the doctor hasn't officially diagnosed you with anxiety and you are continuing to experience symptoms then you need to go and discuss the situation further with him/her. If they can find nothing physically wrong with you then they may suggest anxiety to you and then you can start to deal with it. They can then out you on some meds and perhaps get you into some therapy.
Let us know how you get on
Sam
