How is that possible that I haven't been thinking about what I see when I close my eyes before I go to sleep and   suddenly since last week thats all I think about.  I can't focus on anything else. I just stare at the black vision.  . Why can't I let go?
sorry for my english

Thanks for the reply.:) By 'black vision' I meant a black wall/space. Well in my case it's not entirely black, it has spots .What I don't understand  is how it's possible that all my life I've been able to close my eyes and completely shut my mind off and recently I've lost this ability I'm pretty sure there's been times I was lying in bed not seeing anything , not thinking anything and recently I've lost this ability. It is quite irritating. Maybe it'll come back as soon as I stop thinking about it.It's not that I don't sleep at all but I sure don't sleep as much as I should:(

Your English is fine, but I must admit I'm not entirely sure of your question.
When I lay down to sleep at night and turn out the light, all I "see" is total darkness behind my closed eyes. I don't have visions of what I was looking at before I turned the light out. That is when I begin to think about my day, what I have to do the next day, what I'm going to get a friend for her birthday or what I'm taking to the pot luck at work. I'm not sure if I'm "seeing" any of this.
If you were able to visualize things with your eyes closed, that sounds great. I wonder if it's possible that last week when you closed your eyes and just saw darkness, it scared you so you began to focus on that and now you've got yourself spooked into thinking there's something wrong with you. Why can't you let go? Because, as I hypothesized, you've convinced yourself something is wrong and you can't relax. I think what you need to do is shake up your nightly routine a bit and see if that helps get you back to what you consider normal. Read or watch TV before you turn out the light. Make sure you're really tired when you go to bed. Do some Yoga. A hot bath. Before you close your eyes, make up a list of things you want to think about while you're waiting to fall asleep. One of my favorite things to think about during that time is to envision building my dream home. I also like to think of a book I've recently read and pretend it was going to be made into a movie and I got to cast the characters. I'm usually fast asleep before I can decide on anyone except myself to be the princess! LOL
Bear in mind that we all go through bouts of insomnia which usually resolves itself in a week or two.
If none of these things work and you begin to actually lose sleep over this, you should see your doctor.
Peace
