Over partying linked with anxiety and heart defects?

Hi,

I have only recently had anxiety and heart issues after partying to hard and stupidly doing cocaine. I have stopped this but it seems I cant escape the thoughts 'is my heart ok'?, 'why is it beating that way?' and 'is that normal'? I ask these questions while listening to my pulse and wondering if this just my head playing tricks?
Has anyone else had this before especially after partying hard etc?Its just been 3 weeks since and it is calming down but still a horrible though to try and dismiss.
Also would sport be advisable while having these problems?

Any info would be much appreciated :-)
