You're young, you're at the age where these things do come out of us, but your youth is your strength.  Your chances are excellent!

Thanks for the support guys, it usually happens in the morning time, and my GP has referred me to therapies which I'm currently doing and even prescribed me Citalopram to maintain my anxiety. It's just my brain it does all the crazy thinking and I'm only 22 years old! There are times I just end up in tears because I cannot handle it!! It really hurts believe me having the brain overworking for no reason is killing me!! I've had so many blood tests, x ray's ultra sound etc..

I don't smoke or drink. My question is.. What's my chance?

Again thank you so much guys

This isn't crucial, but this isn't OCD.  You're having an anxiety experience, either because of something that might have happened to you or someone close to you or for no apparent reason at all.  It would be lying to say you can't get cancer, of course you can.  We all have cancer cells in us and sometimes they start growing out of control for any number of reasons.  But as LRon said, what's the use of worrying about it?  You can also get hit by a car or fall off your front steps.  Life is never certain.  Most people don't think about it.  Those of use who do have anxiety, which is pretty pointless but for some reason some of us have brains prone to creating it.  What you can do about it is either work it out yourself with relaxation techniques or try seeing a therapist and work it out with a professional, so you don't think this way anymore.

Yes, he's right. Now ask yourself: will worrying about your health change anything? No. Will it somehow make your healthier? No. Will it make you miserable. Yep! It already is. My goodness, you're 23. Enjoy life, and free yourself from this self-inflicted burden.
