Physical symptoms related to anxiety/panic during a time of little to no stress???

I have been having moderate to severe physical symptoms the past several days which I recognize as having to do with anxiety/panic. WHY why why would I keep having physical symptoms if NOTHING stressful is going on? I keep reading online about how you have to deal with your stress so that the physical symptoms will go away... but nothing stressful is gonig on in my life so I cannot figure out why this is happening!

For the past 4 days, every afternoon I start feeling nauseus, arms feeling weird/tingling, shoulders/back ache, fatigue, that general feeling of crappiness, like you would expect to feel if you were coming down with the flu. Having had 2 panic attacks in my life, I recognized symptoms and dug out my old ativan pills. Of course 30 minutes after taking the Ativan, all physical symptoms/misery disappear as if by magic. So I know there is nothing physically wrong with me.

Does anyone know why this happens? If I had any stressors going on, I would be less concerned about this whole thing but right now I am really perplexed! (And of course, worried).

No, nothing new in my life, nothing coming up... nothing. That's why I just don't understand this. I have a wonderful husband, good family life, everyone is healthy and happy.

A lot of times anxiety can be subcontious.  Soo many times I get anxiety and I have no idea why because i dont feel stressed, but then an event happens or something and I will feel completely better.  For example, I graduated high school this june and I was sooo excited to graduate.  Like 2 weeks before graduating I was getting horrrrible anxiety symptoms, yet I didnt feel stressed or anything...I was psyched for graduation! But all of a sudden I had to go to graduation practice and I coiuldnt stop crying the whole time...
Basically, I thought I was looking foward to graduation and didnt see it as a stress in my life until I had to face it right there and I realized it had subcontiously given me anxiety.
Is there any event coming up in the new future? Or anything new in your life?
