Risk of getting HIV from Dental checkup

I went to a dentist yesterday. It was just a normal checkup where the dentist used her magnifying glass instrument and then used a suction pull which throws water in the mouth. No sharp objects or any injection was involved. However I have fear that if the instrument used was not cleaned properly sterilized before and used on me than can I get infection such as HIV, Hepatitis, Herpes or HPV. Kindly help me. I am in dilema. I am getting panic attacks due to this thought
