It is a terrible feeling. Actually, I get it everytime I get in a car, but last night while I was cleaning house, I was so lightheaded (thankfully I didn't see black spots which I normally do) and I felt like I was walking bent forward the whole time. My husband and I are supposed to go on an Alaskan cruise this summer. With my anxiety and all the funky side effects I get from it, it ought to be an interesting trip since I feel like I'm on a boat on flat land. Maybe I'll feel "right" once I'm on the boat...Best to you.
Anxiety can manifest itself in so many ways in my experience with it. It can definitely affect us both physically and mentally. I often had 'surreal' feelings when I was stressed out. It does take its toll on us and it can really cause us to feel run down, but learning about it and confronting it can really help break this cycle.
