Severe Anxiety Gas/Burps/Heartburn

I am having extremely debilitating anxiety right now. Mild chest discomfort but I focus in on it so much that it becomes unbearable. I am always aware of my heartbeat and like above I focus in to it where it just drives me insane. I am expereincing undescribable levels of discomfort and I just dont understand whats wrong with me. My heart rate throughout the day is 90-100 bpm resting, and it shoots up even when I do simple tasks such as walking. Ive been to a cardiologist and they did several tests and said everything was there and in working order but my pictures were "blurry" so that definately just increased my anxiety 10 fold. A long with this, I was told to wear a hear monitor for a month which did nothing except increase it even more, and I did not even wear the monitor in the end. The strangest symptons though are just constant vibrations or movements in my intestinal area, bad heart burn, bad gas, and a feeling like I have to burp but just cant. Im hoping that my heart is fine and the feelings are just from my focusing on it too much, but I just dont know. Can anyone relate to this? Its been 3 months and I cant even sleep anymore.

Most of my anxiety comes from feeling like air or food is trapped in my chest. I do not get a racing heart beat, but I will get very cold hands, weak legs, sweaty pits, and sometimes a bit of sweat on my head. Hot baths or summer weather makes it worse if I just ate. Sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night with a racing heart. Recently my intestines hurt so bad I went to the ER. They told me heart was fine and that I had acid reflux even though I do not get heartburn. I just get that feeling that my food wants to come up and I get bloated so bad at times it hurts. This is what gives me racing thoughts. It lasts so long I can't not think about it. I go to be at 1am so I do not eat anything after 7pm. I went 5 years without these symptoms after being on Paxil for a few years, but my job has become a bit stressful lately as a teacher and my symptoms returned. I take pecid Ac extra strength once every morning and that works most of the time. Certain foods still resist it, but if I can burp I manage. I also take 100 mg trazadone and sleep through the night most nights. Sometimes I wake with a racing heart, but i go back to sleep pretty quickly.

I know very well how all of you feel. I had my first panic attack september 2014. (English is my second language, so please pardon my messed up sentence structure). I've had the heart pulpatations, the chest pains, the vibrating feeling under the rib cage, tight lungs and throat, tingling all over. After I read a few of the posts on this forum, I realized that physically nothing is wrong with me. Everything that happened to me I tried linking to physical ailments. After reading that anxiety causes all these symptoms, I put my mind at ease completely. I spent 4 days in a hospital because I didn't know what was going on with me. Even after that I still had the problems. I've learned that my mind has been over thinking everything. Even now if I do get the symptoms, I don't go into panic anymore because I know I don't have any physical ailments. I used the 'mind over matter' concept and it been working perfectly for me so far. Our minds are super powerful. Remember that. You body makes your mind go on a rant. You are the master of your mind and your mind is the master of your body. You will be oky. Hope this helps :). Pm me if anyone wants someone to talk to when feeling panicky.

My symptoms are I feel gassy, I can't burp or pass gas, my body starts to react by tightening up, my heart starts to tighten, my shoulders start tightening, my stomach starts to spasm then my body follows suit and then I am in full "what I perceive as" panic mode. My entire body starts to shake, tremble and my heart feels like it is going to explode... I start sweating profusely and then a burp, or pass a little gas, then all of this starts to slowly subside, then I may burp some more and the symptoms subside to the point of being normal again... After one of these attacks I feel like I just went for my Black Belt test or just got my *** kicked... It takes days to be normal again (the pain subsides)... Ok, anybody????

I read just today that low calcium maybe a sign of a magnesium deficiency or an issue with your parathyroid gland.  Why don't you ask your doctor to do a bloodtest for these.  Regards
